Hingga Mei 2019 ini, ada 4 lokal Gazebo di Pantai Tanjung Babia ini. Biaya sewa Gazebo per lokal pada Mei 2019 di harga Rp. 150.000. Tentu harga sewa dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu tergantung pemiliknya.
Gazebo sering disewa jika ada acara di Pantai Tanjung Babia Pasangkayu. Penyewa dapat menghubungi pemilik gazebo yang tempat tinggalnya tidak jauh dari Gazebo tersebut.
